GreenLeaf Co., a sustainable products retailer, was struggling with high bounce rates and low conversion among first-time visitors. The existing platform was visually dated, lacked clear navigation for their diverse product range, and didn't effectively communicate the brand's core mission of eco-responsibility. Key issues included:

  • Confusing product categorization and filtering options.

  • Slow load times, especially on mobile devices.

  • Lack of storytelling around product sourcing and impact.

  • Inconsistent visual hierarchy and weak call-to-action placement.
